WWE Women's

Real leather, real gold, and that's about all that's real in this picture.

This could've been you.

This is the douche that makes the belts for Vince. Not kidding, it really is.

Only female

The only female to hold a WWF/WWE men's championship. oh wait...

The only female to hold a WWF/WWE men's championship.

Current Intercontinental Belt

What a skank. Everybody's had that thing.

WWF tag - Demolition

Krusher Kruschev and the Masked Superstar - what a tag team!

Intercontinental

He's wearing two belts! ... Oh wait a minute, nevermind.

WWF World Winged Eagle

The most popular belt design of all time: the Winged Eagle.

WCCW Texas and Tag

WCCW

Back before it paid to be Rude.

WCW Hardcore

Oh yeah WCW did one too.

WCW US

Big Pump almost popped.

WCW TV Title

Back then they called him Lord Steve

WCW Tag

Stevie Ray gave up on keeping track of how many times they had these belts.

WCW Cruiserweight

It's Keanu!

WCW Big Gold

So then I stopped watching wrestling for about 6 years.

WCW '92 title

Here, take my belt. I'll do anything ... just don't shoot!

UWF TV Title

Nikita Kolloff was the last one to hold the belt, so I guess that means he gets to keep it forever. Now he tours the US preaching about Jesus using the UWF belt as proof that YOU are a vile sinner.

UWF Tag

Not sure why but I always liked these belts.

UWF Title

When the UWF merged with the NWA Steve got the shaft. They could have had a big match-up with him and Flair to unify the titles. Instead they just let the belt and all of the prestige that it had earned evaporate into thin air.

ECW TV Title

When RVD had it, it was more important than the World title.

ECW World Tag

Vince was going to have the Intercontinental Tag Team titles, but at the last minute changed his mind and threw them in the trash. This is how ECW picked up their tag team titles - as well as some of their best stars!

ECW World title

Didn't know Mickey Rourke used to be ECW champ did you?

ECW World title - OG

This is the original title, back when it was still Eastern Championship Wrestling.

AWA World Tag titles

Yes that's Shawn Michaels when he was 12. In 1943.

AWA World Title Lawler Style

This is the one Jerry had (has). Larry's is slightly different.

AWA World Title Bockwinkel Style

This belt is still in Nick's possession to this day. You know where most belts are buckled by snaps in the leather? This one is kept together by screws. Literally - I've seen it!

Really Old School NWA Belt.

6 Time champ Lou Thesz. They kept giving him the belt for many reasons, but one main one was because he could hold his own in a real fight. This made sure that some guy from smalltown USA wouldn't just knock him out in the ring and go for the 3 count without the NWA's permission.

NWA TV title

Stone Cold Steve Austin back when he was "Stunning" (aka: gay). He is what's known as a reverse closet-case.

Actually, I remember when he won the belt. The belt had sort of disappeared for a while because when Arn had it he never defended it. Then when Stunning Steve got it he brought the belt back from obscurity.

I predicted then that Steve would be World Champ some day. I even made a bet with my best friend that within 5 years he would have a World title. Well, it took him 6, so I lost the bet. And he lost his hair and his gayness.

NWA US Tag belts

Oh no! The Russians have the US belts!

NWA US title

Luger had this belt forever, but could never beat Flair! Always second best.

Old School NWA Tag Team belts

To me they were a good match for the Big Gold belt that Flair had at the time.

NWA Tag Team titles with blue leather

One of the best belt designs ever, IMO.

NWA 6 Man Tag Team titles

These belts were made for the Legion of Doom! They had it multiple times, each with a different 3rd man.

10 Pounds of Gold NWA World title

WWE World Heavyweight Title

This belt is symbolic of Vince's domination of the business. He bought out his long-time competitor and put his logo on their championship belt.
